My Approach

I work with two dimensions of experience that are always present, always available.

Becoming is your story, your history, your patterns, your healing. This is where we work with trauma, nervous system regulation, parts of yourself that carry pain or protection. It’s the realm of growth, development, and change. While this work matters, the key is remembering we are constantly in flux in Becoming. The single most powerful offering I give you is reminding you not to concretize within Becoming. I help you release your identifications—your understandable but false habits of mind that keep you feeling stuck. Your wounds are real (until you heal and release them, at which point, drained of charge, they become irrelevant). Your nervous system needs support. But I also help you see, with compassion, that the things that happened to you shaped how you move through the world, how you arrive at this present moment—though they don’t have to determine what you carry into the next.

Being is your essential nature, what’s always been here underneath everything. Awareness. The part of you that’s never been broken, never needed fixing. What remains when everything else falls away.

Most approaches focus on one or the other. Traditional therapy stays in Becoming—working with your story, your symptoms, your past. Spiritual teachings often point to Being while bypassing the messy human stuff.

Real transformation happens when we remember we are both, and when we move fluidly between them.

Sometimes you need to work on yourself—tend to a wounded part, regulate your nervous system, understand a pattern. Sometimes you need doorways back to recognition—remembering you’re not reducible to what happened to you, that awareness itself is untouched.

The art is clear-seeing in any given moment—recognizing that a single drop of Becoming is never separate from the ocean of Self. Being and Becoming are not two things; Being is woven into every drop. When you truly see this, you Awaken into truth.

When we only work on Becoming, we can circle the same terrain forever without touching the deeper truth of who you are. When we ignore Becoming, we risk spiritual bypass, floating above unresolved pain that still lives in your body.

I help you learn to recognize both dimensions in yourself (and ultimately to awaken into the felt sense that they are not separate). To honor your human experience while remembering what’s always been whole. To heal what needs healing while resting in what never needed fixing.

This is how we stop perpetuating suffering and start living from wholeness.
